Rental Policy
	All our rates are inclusive. We have no hidden processing, cleaning, or administrative fees. All our rentals are smoke-free. Cash and personal checks only. Half of the total rent is required in advance to secure your reservation. Upon your arrival the balance of your rent, a $250 security/damage deposit, and sales tax will be collected. REFUNDS We will be glad to refund your money if we are able to re-rent the days you reserved. Our mountain weather is extremely variable - therefore we do not refund for inclement (or lack of) weather. Your security/damage deposit will be refunded by or before 30 days of your checkout if the kitchen is left clean, there is no damage to the unit and all garbage is removed. PETS We are lovers of the 4-legged kind and welcome pets on a limited basis. However, advance permission is required. An additional $500 security/damage deposit is required plus a fee of $10 per day per pet. WHAT TO BRING All rental units are provided with linens, cable/VCR telephone (you'll need a long distance calling card), coffeemaker, basic spices, microwave, toaster and full kitchen. You'll need to bring your own paper supplies (toilet paper and paper towels are provided on a limited basis) personal soaps, and toiletries.
